•To create listings or save favourites, you must register and keep your account secure.

•You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you publish.

•You retain ownership of the business details and images you submit.

•You grant us permission to display that content within the directory so other users can find and view it.

•You must not post misleading, unlawful, infringing or harmful content.

•Do not misuse the service, attempt to access areas you're not authorised for, or disrupt listings that aren't yours.

•Listing edits and deletion are limited to the listing's owners and administrators.

•We reserve the right to remove or delete any listing, in whole or in part, at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice.

•We're not liable for any loss resulting from the removal of a listing from the directory.

•You must provide accurate information when registering.

•You can delete your listings and your account at any time from Account Settings, which removes your associated data.

TiPPs is provided "as is". Listings are supplied by their owners, not by us. We're not liable for the quality or availability of any business listed, nor for indirect losses arising from use of the service.

•We reserve the right to suspend, discontinue, or delete the site or any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

•We're not liable for the loss of listings, data, or access resulting from discontinuation of the service.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
